In order for
the program to work for your family, you must commit
to the following:
• Provide DHAP counselors with complete and
accurate information
• Find suitable housing
• Take good care of the housing unit
• Comply with the case management terms under
DHAP
• Comply with the terms of my lease and the
owner
• Comply with the family obligations of my
DHAP voucher
